Close VS and run iisreset first, then try...
  • C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files
    C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\VSWebCache\<Machine>
    C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Local Settings\Application Data\assembly

[Update]

  • C:\Documents and Settings\<WorkStation>\ASPNET\Local Settings\Application Data\assembly
